Lawyers are constantly in court trying to defend or prosecute these tangled laws and interpretation. One man's interpretation of a loophole is another man's ten year paper chase of reversals, restraining orders and appeals.

Several people close to the president have said that Donald Trump is "very worried" about the Trump Org investigation in NY, and it poses a much bigger threat to Trump and his family than even Mueller does.
