Again, the key word is discretion. She answered the follow-up questions, from all the reporters who asked one - at her discretion.

They can ban him and they will be back in Court within hours. The District Judge will issue another TRO and the White House would ultimately lose the case because the rules that have been imposed fall far short of the guidelines expressly set forth in Sherrill. Educate yourself.

Stop watching censored news. Subscribe to youtube's White House channel and get updates on everything. Or just go the the videos page and see all the times Trump talked to the presstitutes. Then watch cabinet meetings, events with foreign dignitaries, meetings with senior advisors on policy issues, etc. You won't need to waste any more time watching censored news.
