Traffickers control victims by:
Threatening to hurt them or their families
Threatening to have them deported
Taking away their passports, birth certificates, or ID cards
Making them work to pay back money they claim is owed them
Giving them drugs in order to create an addiction or control them and then making a them perform sexually to get more drugs
Preventing them from having contact with friends, family, or the outside world
True. Also check out Post #33 above, and read the link to the "Miami Herald", which richly deserves the Pulitzer for investigative journalism. Many of the young girls involved were from unstable families of very limited means. Their back stories are quite sad - Epstein took full advantage of their increased vulnerability because of this, and in no way should these young women be blamed for his actions.

*"notable" is subjective. However, for the sake of this post, "notable" can mean a person that many people have heard about but I have not.
Jimmy Carter, who celebrated his 73rd wedding anniversary with Rosalyn just last week.

I have been following this case closely for many years. The Miami Herald (to their credit) keeps plugging away at this story:
https://www.miamiherald.com/news/loc...214210674.html

Alan Dershowitz, Ken Starr, Bill Clinton, Trump, etc. etc. etc.
All involved in one way or another.
SO many political hacks, who work or worked in the "Justice" department (at the county, state or federal levels).
Lawyers.......lol Any wonder they are viewed as the scummiest profession?

You know, I am not a fan of the death penalty. But at this point, as more and more details of this story leak out, I am changing my tune: I would like to see at least a dozen people involved in this situation put up against a wall....Epstein, some of his people, their enablers in the "justice" department, lawyers........ plenty of people qualify.
Nothing's ever going to change without drastic action. NOTHING. Having some executions televised, so everybody can see, just might make be a start.

Justice is a JOKE in this country. A total joke. Sad but true.
If you execute people for a non death crime, then you are upping the ante on the victim.

If the penalty for rape, in any situation, becomes death then where is the "motivation" for the offender to keep the victim alive? Why not just kill the victim and remove the witness?

Don't allow your blood furry increase the odds against the victim.....especially when you are not likely to be the victim.

Nobody should be untouchable in this, anyone in DC that participated in this, Republican or Democrat, should be hauled out in handcuffs. If Clinton had sex with underage girls he should pay the price

How do you know Trump didn't participate?

Watch the guilty start accusing President Trump of what they themselves are guilty of. They do it over and over and over about many things. This is no different. The only thing is this is worse because it involves the horrific abuse of children. Yes, this is the tip of the iceberg.

The guilty are desperate and will rush in to accuse the innocent and defend the guilty. It is their MO and will not change until they are finally tried and prosecuted for their evil deeds.

Yep, and the fake news media are guilty of being the suppressor of what they knew was going on and hid it. People have sold their souls for money and fame and now it's time to pay the Piper.

They did the same thing in 2016. Hillary gets caught illegally handling classified emails and obstructing justice, they accuse Trump of colluding with the Russians. The media takes it and runs with it every time. They are servants to the Dems whenever things get hot
