No. An observation about the past and present isn't the same as a claim about the future.

Lol that was pretty funny. 24 hours a day we have had to endure these so called journalists. What a load of mind garbage.

And people wonder why Trump feels as he does about the media? Or why so many, myself included, feel that today's media is the enemy of the people?

Thanks for posting.

We know House races were gerrymandered, but again...the total vote difference is quite vast in many cases, over 10%. In the Senate races it is 15%.

Can you quote those numbers for the former midterm elections??

(NOT who won or lost - because that takes gerrymandering, control of the election process in certain states and other such things into account).

Here is one for 2014:
"The GOP's overall ballot lead was 52 to 47" - OK, so 5 points in 2014
In 2010 the GOP lead was 7 points.....

BOTH are WELL LESS than the Dem 2018 numbers. Not even close.

Remember, those Gov. races won by Dems mean they now control the elections and gerrymandering. The felons voting in Florida will likely swing that state in the future (all else being equal).......and the GOP difference in those two midterms quoted is shrinking (from 7 to 5 points).....

No prediction here, but the trend is not your friend.

Gravitas is an obscure word to you, OP?

Sigh.

In the words of the immortal Inigo Montoya, (with a bit of editorial license taken): "I do not think that term means what they think it means."

The truth is these MSM outlets are told which issues to advance...I mean cover....what the talking points are, key words/phrases they want the reporters to use & then they go to work. MSM media outlets are not simply reporting whatever happens in the news that day independently.
