Give 20 years minimum to anyone (felons) who isn't supposed to have a firearm and that would clean up a lot of the inner city garbage/thugs.
But liberals don't want to do that. Liberals are actually quite lenient (usually) with criminals who get caught with/use guns.
Who determines who isn't supposed to have a firearm? The government?
Imagine President Socialist Barbie deciding all non-leftists are criminals and are banned from owning guns.
Once again, a so-called “conservative” fails to understand that gun ownership is an inalienable natural right and can not be infringed for any reason. Period.
Should there be mandatory jail time for anyone who accidentally kills someone with a firearm? If we have rights to own guns, shouldn't those rights come with responsibilities?
No.
You are not asking a question; you are making a statement. Your intent is to promote an idea which would make people reluctant to own firearms, thereby reducing eh number of firearms in public hands.
Fail.

Jail is for purposeful harm, and theft.
Restitution pays for the loss, even if it means taking everything you got and will ever have.
We use to have places for the mentally insane.... Now, we have to modify personal freedoms & liberties in a supposed free society, to accommodate the crazy people that roam the streets today.
So your solution is every felony crime is life without parole, or death?
His point is that if the convict is still a danger to society, they shouldn't be released back into society. If they're not a danger to society, there's no logical reason to restrict their rights. I don't lose sleep worrying whether Martha Stewart has a pistol in her nightstand.
How does my ownership of a gun infringe on your right to "simply be safe and live"?
Let me rephrase your statement:
Someone's right to own a gun doesn't supersede someone else's right to be paranoid, irrational, and silly over something that doesn't endanger them.
....more accurately describes what you are trying to do.
You need to pick your comments a little better.

I see. You are basing your reaction to other people owning guns, on lies, made-up accusations, and baseless insults.
Thanks, that explains your paranoid attitude.
