Israel and every nation on the planet try to influence elections in nations like the USA and UK to further their nationalist interest. What Russia did in the 2016 election every other nation was also trying to influence the US election for their own reasons. this whole Russian/Trump collusion delusion was a cover up of Obama's Spooks involvement in spying on Trump in an effort to elect Hillary so they could keep their jobs.
