Scooter Crime has fallen dramatically in London after Police started to ram scooter drivers bikes with their cars.
Obviously many people support this action including myself as these thieves and blatant criminals need to be stopped, however there are those from the liberal left and British Laboir Party who see this as police using their cars as weapons.

The British Police have armed response vehicles and other armed units, however the issue isn't anything to do with firearms, it's stopping and aprehending moped gangs, and guess what ramming them and arresting them has already seen moped crime gall dramatically, so it has panned oit fine.
The police were not allowed to try such tactics in the past, but earlier this year the rules were changed, and so has the moped crime rate.

If you are a scooter robber you had it made before this police strategy came into effect. You would rob person the police would chase you and you would go down a tight alley and boom you have escaped. You know these scooter robbers have scoped out the territory before committing their crime. So there was needed measures to fight this crime and it is better the attempting nothing and letting them get away.
Another measure the mayor of London should do to deter these scooter robbers is start his own biker gang of course filled with police officers. Give them Harley"s, let them grow their hair and beards, wear leather, and patrol the streets of London. Of course the gang would have to be big and in number their presence felt and known but scooter crime would come to a halt.
