This entire thread reminds me of the story about the guy who lost a child to the family pitbull.
They buried the kid, the dog was put down, and they got another pit quickly.

There is no way to change stupid. God can't do it, I certainly can't.

Imho, the drug traffic has been allowed for years by the deep state. If they had clamped down on drugs at the border they would have to also clamp down on illegal immigration. So the deep state allows both so that political power of the middle class is undermined, and the deep state can assume full control.

It goes much further than simply allowing the drugs to come in consistently, there is full collusion between US law enforcement and the Mexican drug cartels.

Its in the cartels and law enforcements best interest, that ALL drugs remain highly illegal...its to be expected the two would work together so they can both profit and benefit.

There is compromise and settling on both sides though, law enforcement makes busts here and there, to make it look like they are trying, but drugs are readily available in every city and state in the country, so its worth it for the cartels to compromise to some degree.

China suffered because the British and Americans were smuggling opium into China during the 19th century. Sweet irony that now Chinese made drugs, legal in china, are flooding the us and causing great suffering. Karma is a *****.

Karma doesn't work that way, dear. Those people responsible are long dead and on to other lives by now. You might be one of them!

Trump asked Xi to do something about fentanyl and so he did. Fentanyl is illegal now. Trump mentioned it in his speech to law enforcement
