Is that why, at one meeting where they switched to a nearby building, all of the other world leaders there walked between the buildings and Trump took a golf cart ?
Melania is gracious and has smiled at everybody she's ever met, so Obama is just another nobody to her.
She's badmouthed Obama too, no reason for it.
Yet he graciously smiled and joked with her despite it
Just as he did at the Bush funeral
Even junior Bush & family allowed Trump to attend
They all have class, as we can see.
Melania is not in in Obama's league, by far.
So it was very gracious of him to be kind to her
despite how she's treated him
If anyone was foolish enough to say good things about Trump at his funeral, they would be booed off the podium. And yes, there would be a National Day of Celebration, at his passing.
Maybe at Bush's funeral, Trump was thinking about a chilling scene from the movie, "Ghost". There was a wicked character who cheated and stole, named Carl. When Carl is killed, a horde of winged gremlins rises up from Hell and carries him, kicking and screaming, back down to the depths. If Trump hasn't seen that movie, I am putting it on a recommended-viewing list for him.
You saw that Trump was sitting alone at the end of the row of seating?
I eventually realized that they had seated presidents in order of seniority/recency. But to all appearances, it looked as though Trump was on the end because everyone else refused to sit next to him.
I assume you all saw Trump staring ahead, stone-faced. Others sang the hymns and joined in the responsive readings. He didn't. The appearance was as if he was forced to be there by his staff, but he was determined to pout and remain indifferent.
I'm guessing that he never before had to sit through something so long, absolutely silent, with nothing at all about him.
He looked just like the small, petty, narcissistic, boorish, fool that he truly is. He was out of his element and his depth and appeared shrunken by the moment. The only thing he didn't do was suck his thumb like the infant he truly is!
Can't wait for Beto and Kamala to broom him back to NY!
Trump actually did look Presidential. It was Hillary, Barry, and Bill that looked pretty pathetic the entire time.
