Cool, if the evidence is there, try her and throw her under the jail if she's guilty. I wouldn't lose a single minutes sleep over it if it works out that way. I'm betting this never gets tied to the Clinton's, however.
Why because you think she is innocent of all accusations going back decades (as part of a vast right wing conspiracy theory), or she is too well connected to clever to get caught?

The same can be said about Clinton then, making this thread irrelevant.

But its also only sort of true. In Trumps case, the perjury was for Trumps benefit. Making it kinda his fault you know? He fosters this sort of thing, for him its all about loyalty to him. Not truth or justice.

Says the guy who wants to know why we are discussing the Clintons.

YOU: "The same can be said about Clinton then, making this thread irrelevant."

FTR, it's exactly related to what is being discussed.

It's just that you want to dismiss the subject (see above) or change it to Trump-Russia.

It's a real stretch to connect the Clintons to law firm Mossack Fonseca. You called them a bank. In such a rush for this hit job that you couldn't even get that right.

Then-NYAG Eric Schneiderman Let Clinton Foundation skip identifying foreign donors

Quote:
By Bob Fredericks September 6, 2016 | 9:37pm

State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman gave the Clinton Foundation a pass on identifying foreign donors in its charitable filings — making it impossible to know if it got any special favors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state, according to a report Tuesday.

Scripps News found that the foundation and its subsidiary, the Clinton Health Access Initiative, took in $225 million in government donations between 2010 and 2014. New York’s charity law clearly states:

“Organizations that received a contribution or grant from a government agency during the reporting period shall include the name of each agency from which contributions were received and the amount of each contribution.”

But both the foundation and the CHAI failed to do that, and Schneiderman, a member of Clinton’s “leadership council” in New York and a fierce critic of Donald Trump, did nothing about it.
Eric Schneiderman was recently ousted from office after charges he spat at,choked and slapped women he was intimate with.
He called one woman of color his "brown slave."

He even threatened to tap one woman's phone.

On Hannity tonight, John Solomon of the Hill talked about the Clinton Foundation whistle blowers who supplied the FBI in Little Rock with 6000 documents, 95 exhibits, internal documents from an investigation by their own lawyers showing pay to play, interviews with the CFO who complained he couldn't control Bill co-mingling personal and foundation funds. The CFO said he knows where all the bodies are buried. There have been systematic violations of every charitable foundation law.

Sen. Mark Meadows said the whistle blowers will testify next week in public for the Oversight Committee. I hope they have it on youtube later.

Interesting conspiracy theory about why this info is being released now before Comey testifies

It is entirely possible this information was made public in an effort to tip-off a wide net of corrupt officials who participated in the largest abuse of power in history.

Because of the content of the documents, the approver would have to be important enough to have access and knowledge of the bigger dynamic at play. This person/group would have to be high enough to ‘unofficially’ release the Warner text messages (example), and yet not worried about administrative punishment after doing it.

Because of the nature of the material, only those corrupt entities who participated would know the specific value and importance of each release. They would know what investigators had against them.

... the participants would have an opportunity to construct alternative explanations for the contacts and communication [to prepare their defense]

Is Rosenstein the high official? Everyone else has been fired or resigned.

This is sounding like a Q interpretation. I've got a headache!
