BTW, this is the second thread this week featuring "trial/verdict/sentence first, naming crime later."

Fellow Dems: going into full Alice in Wonderland mode is not a way to win votes and elections.

It's not written in the Constitution or the criminal justice code. It was just a "convention" that they followed. Since Trump thumbs his nose at convention, Justice Department should do the same.
