Interesting, the lack of media interest in pinpointing causes of the sudden 20% increase in the American homicide rate during 2014-15. It's gone down a little lately but still well above the 2010-2014 norm. Close to 10,000 extra murders over the past 4 years...

Republicans believe that smart AA's can think for themselves. Smart blacks know how to succeed, and they will leave their ghetto counterparts in the dust. They do not need the Democrat plantation.
Police have been far less less effective in many American cities over the past three years. Black Lives Matter and the mainstream media can claim victory.
