Trump's appointee is in charge of the DoJ. If there were anything to be done with McCabe, Brennen or Comey, then its up to Trump and his appointee to pursue it.

McCabe was fired from his position 26 hours before retirement, and referred United States Attorney's Office in Washington D.C. for possible criminal charges associated with lying to FBI investigators.
All this despite clear evidence that his firing was politically motivated. Additionally keep in mind that the US states attorney office head worked for Trumps transition team, and was appointed by Trump. So if she isn't doing anything, ask yourself why? And the most likely answer is-theres nothing to do.
