Is there anything else that they have agreed on, that we normally wouldn't have agreed on them with?
The withdrawal of American soft power and influence throughout the world is of major benefit to dark actors like Russia.

Impeachable? Not sure. Most of the pro Trump people here hate liberals and would have voted for Ted Bundy vs Hillary. The people in question were those on the cusp who were swayed by the e-mail scandal and propaganda.

It isn't as cut and dried as "the voting machines were hacked!!". It's about where allegiances are held, and you have a President who lost the popular vote by close to 3 Million, which already makes many people question his legitimacy. It's not a good situation.

Actually it was 75% favored to Hillary and 25% favored to Trump.
Even Micheal Moore got caught up in the Russian influence.

The Guardian recently reported that 10,000 people showed up to the anti-Trump protest. The Left-wing filmmaker Michael Moore was among the people that joined the Russian protests despite it being started by the Russians.
CNN’s reported on the anti-Trump protests over the weekend and noted the following: “Some are questioning the legitimacy of Trump’s victory over Hillary Clinton by noting that although he took the Electoral College, Clinton won the popular vote.”

One wonders.

Why does anyone who is sick and tired of it waste so much as a second of their life on it?

Might want to give it a rest for a time. Turn off the TV. Read a good book. Enjoy the holidays with your friends and family.

It'll be here when you get back.

Very good advice, you just have to take a break from it every now and then. I follow that advice myself, 24/7 news is just not a good thing. Right now I have on the Weather Channel and was at the gym earlier this morning.

Easing sanctions and response to the situation in Ukraine?

Russia likes Trump just as much as they liked Obama. Why? They were the perfect agents to create division and chaos within the USA. Russia happily poured fuel onto the anti-Obama backlash. Now with Trump, they have the ideal President, all they have to do is sit back and watch him tear America apart but making our divisions deeper and wider.

This is all about weakening the Western Democracies, they have been telling us this for decades. They have never viewed Trump as an ally, he's just a fool that will use and discard.

Judging from statements made on Kremlin news outlets recently, they are on the verge of discarding him already.

2. I get it, the press doesn't care, therefore you don't care--my point remains. It doesn't matter what was uncovered. We'll just talk about how it was uncovered.
This seems really important to you. Consider this, however important you think this is, it is nothing compared to what Mueller is investigating and what seems to have happened within our government at the highest level. If you think THIS is bad, just wait. You may find out things that dwarf this in comparison.

However my point regarding the attack: The Russian attack on the American homeland and the American people was every inch as organized, expansive, penetrating as Pearl Harbor or 9/11. The Kremlin targeted no remote outpost or iconic landmark, but rather aimed at the very heart of what we are as a nation. The attacks target our processes of government, our democratic institutions and our trust in our values.

Piece by piece, name by name, one operational detail after the next, special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation has documented the cyberattack leading up to the election. As have our various intelligence branches, without exception.

The cyber warfare waged by Putin has created much damage. It has ravaged our institutions and shaken our beliefs. But 2 years on, we still have not yet acted—Instead of leaping to our defense, when these acts of war are revealed, our president praises and exonerates the man who ordered it: Russian strongman Vladimir Putin.

Two years into the investigation and there has been no proof whatsoever that anything Russia may have done had any effect on the outcome of the election.

None.
