Like her or loathe her, she's an extremely competent parliamentarian. She doesn't go into a meeting like this without half a dozen possible outcomes planned, knowing exactly which voting blocks she can count on for what, and how each scenario can be expected to play out. She's a useless politician in most other respects - she gives horrible interviews, she has never produced a good soundbite, and she'll never win anyone over by charm or charisma - but she knows her stuff, does her homework and doesn't care one bit whether people like her or not.
I disagree with her on most things, but she knows her business. I'd read her "Art of the Deal".
Well, Pelosi is a workhorse, not a showhorse. Trump is exactly the opposite, and it showed.
Pelosi said she is all for transparency. Except when it involves the Dems. Trump ambushed her and Chuckie.
As for the comments by people who say the press shouldn't have been there for a meeting -- Trump has often invited the presstitutes to stay for full meetings. He believes in transparency unlike Obama whom the presstitutes have said was very secretive. So stop watching Fake News and subscribe to the youtube White House channel and see thousands of videos of meetings and events that opposition media never reports. Is censorship okay with you? Do you feel a bit foolish now?
