I think Mulvaney would probably be his best choice. He needs another faithful bulldog, just as every other President has.
I know MSM will spin everything negatively. Right now they're sharking it up after the election chummed the waters. Even so, I doubt he will have any problem finding someone. CoS to the President looks darn good on a resume and it would certainly lead to a book deal.
