We all know that conservatives don’t want power. Lol
There were scandals, but to be honest if there is such thing as a scandal Generator then Trump is it. The guy has an ego twice the size of Texas. He can't accept advice from his own people and tries to bully his way through everything.

Of course conservatives want power. There is a lot of money to be made from it. The Obamas are many times more wealthy than when they entered office, as are the Clintons and just about every other career politician.

Trump won because he played to his supporters and was able to energize his supporters. Clinton was flat and at best played to the extremes on the left.

This is the right answer. But my answer is no, I should say, NO!, I gave him no chance at all. I was disgusted by that piece of garbage, when he was first foisted on us by the media in about 1970. I doubt that anyone would have thought at that time, that our standards would have ever sunk so low, as to put him in the White House. He became America's laughing stock, a continuously running joke, with his absurd actions and talk and all his con games and swindles.

Today is a new day, fresh with no mistakes.

Trump has another chance to prove he can do this.

Fingers crossed.

Let’s just suppose that Liberals never gave Trump a chance because we thought that he was a lying douchebag before he could get into office and prove it...and that we were unfair in doing so.

Problem is, he hasn’t helped his case that we lodged against him. He’s proceeded to very thoroughly validate all of our assertions.

So blame Trump for making us look like very good prognosticators.

Trump has had two years of chances with a Republican majority in both the House and Senate to back him.

He managed to get a corporate shill and an idiot on the Supreme Court and pass a massive payday loan/corporate giveaway tax scam.

That's it.

Two year with a Republican majority and now the Democrats are to blame because he couldn't get squat done?

Please.

Here’s John Boehner, the likely speaker if Republicans take the House, offering his plans for Obama’s agenda: “We're going to do everything — and I mean everything we can do — to kill it, stop it, slow it down, whatever we can.”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell summed up his plan to National Journal: The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.”

All of the above have hated him with a passion ever since. Thankfully most of America, pays that derangement no mind.

Your math is a little off there, Waldo. "Most" of the country does not support Trump. His approval rating is hovering in the 34-38 range, so 60 some percent of the people DO NOT approve of him.

As for that "hit TV show", I honestly never watched one full episode of it, not even 10 minutes worth before I hit the remote button. You guys may have been glued to your screens, but it was a stupid show, hosted by a rude, talentless man who looked like he was made of cardboard.

Your assertion that we dislike him immensely because he ran against a Democrat is pure BS. Every few years we get a Republican in there, and when have you EVER seen this level of resistance to any of them ? Sure, we always have political differences, but this time it is not that simple. It boils down to the fact that the current man in there is unfit, corrupt, stupid, and dangerous.

You may put lipstick on this pig, but he is still a pig, and that is why we want him replaced.

Okay, here's an honest answer: Unlike, say, Obama, who wasn't so well-known before his candidacy, Trump was widely known, and during his campaign proved to be so horrifying, and on election proved that he was incapable of being "presidential" (as if we didn't know), that it wasn't possible to give him the kind of chance you imagine. Really, if you think about it, how much of a chance are you going to give someone who spews insults the way he does? Any normal person at a job would be promptly booted out.

By the way, many people did initially say polite, or even gracious, things, such as Hillary saying, "Donald Trump is going to be our president. We owe him an open mind and the chance to lead." That's a far cry from Trump's threat that he might not respect the outcome of the election if he didn't win.

Lolz.....

Which is worse?

Trump hinting that he might contest the results of the election if he thought it wasn't all above board?

Or the laundry list of excuses from Hillary about why she lost and the 2 year long temper tantrum the Dems have been throwing after making such a big deal over Trump's answer during the debates?
