He said it over the weekend--
And parse what he said accurately
He said IF HE KNEW ANYONE IN THE CAMPAIGN DID ANYTHING ILLEGAL HE WOULD TELL MUELLER--
But then he said as far as he knew no one did...

That means Stone is standing by Trump
Stone won't even admit HE did anything wrong in threatening Randy Credico or Credico's dog to compel him to lie about what Credico and Stone had done or talked about...

If he won't admit his own violations like witness tampering why would you think he would consider cooperating with Mueller...

The only way Mueller would get Stone to cooperate and provide more details about others involved in the Russian conspiracy or other illegal activities is that Stone knows Mueller HAS everything he needs to convict Stone...and Stone would spend lot of time in Federal prison

I think Stone is counting on Trump giving him a pardon
Frankly before the 2020 election I think that would be ill-advised on Trump's part
So Stone will likely be tried and sentenced BEFORE 2020--
That means he would have to risk time in prison and depend on Trump to win as POTUS again and then give him a pardon...
Would you trust Trump???

And don't forget that the coal industry hasn't come back alive and it's worse than ever. Can't return the coal industry back in time. Trump lied about all the industries and jobs he turned around. Didn't and hasn't happened.

I guess Trump has been spending his "executive time" watching movies lately. The original Sicario was awesome, haven't seen the sequel yet.

Add Jared Kushner if Chris Christi is telling the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!

https://thehill.com/blogs/blog-brief...most-loathsome

Jared Kushner, still apparently seething over events that occurred a decade ago, was exacting a plot of revenge against me, a hit job that made no sense at all for the man we had just helped elect,” Christie wrote in his book, according to the post. “And Steve Bannon, hot-shot, big-balls campaign executive, was quietly acquiescing to it."
“Mr. Kushner pled guilty, he admitted the crimes. So what am I supposed to do as a prosecutor?” Christie asked

“If a guy hires a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, and videotapes it, and then sends the videotape to his sister in an attempt to intimidate her from testifying before a grand jury, do I really need any more justification than that?” he continued.

“It’s one of the most loathsome, disgusting crimes that I prosecuted when I was U.S. attorney,” Christie added. “And I was a U.S. attorney in New Jersey, Margaret — so we had some loathsome and disgusting crime going on there!”

So Trump has confused a movie with reality.

Geez Louise.

Anyone who has been or is a parent knows that kids tell lies because they are afraid of the truth getting them in trouble--

These men all have college degrees--they are not uneducated-they had legal representation
Some of them are attorneys
At least one was a long-serving American Army office with a history of service to his country

The ONLY reason for them to lie about so many issues---large and small--is that they were very afraid of the truth...
They lied about their lies in fact

The fact that Mueller so far has not accused Trump directly (although SDNY certainly has) of wrong-doing doesn't worry me
The evidence is there--I am sure Mueller has enough evidence to produce a strong case for several crimes--
But--
It is possible giving Muller's remit and his history of respecting the policies within the DoJ and the laws of the US MIGHT mean that Mueller will not directly confront Trump in an opened indictment

The real concern IS IF THE GOP in Congress will behave responsibly
I fear the GOP has been compromised by Russian taint and general greed and will throw out their Constitutional obligation to serve short-term political objectives--
It is obvious they will sacrifice AMERICA's greater good for their own personal/political objectives

This is not something that happened because of Trump becoming president--
The GOP's innate corruptness is WHY Trump was able to become president--
