Of course if they do have clear evidence that Trump broke the law AS President or did something illegal that changed the vote of the People unfairly, then it is their duty as House members to haul him up on impeachment charges as the Constitution charges them to do.
However, IF the Democrats decide to fire that gun, they better be able to hit the target with something so compelling, that 2/3rds of the Senate will find Trump guilty. If not. Then it's very very bad for the Democrats.
My Prediction is the Democrats will be wiped out completely in 2020 and Trump will win re-election.

Negative. A rediculous standard. We know the Senate Rs wouldn't vote to convict even if the House impeached on evidence that he committed murder on 5th Avenue.
If Mueller has something compelling, the House will impeach regardless of what the Senate does.
