Do you think that just because tRump was elected president (and not by the majority of the people in the U.S. btw but re; your assumption that's irrelevant) he's going to get his way?
Do you think that's how things work?
He also promised you all that Mexico was going to pay for the wall which they obviously were never going to do.

But why don't you want the wall? Congress already approved it back in 2006 and please don't come back with the nonsense that it's too expensive and/or won't work as I have provided many links proving that it isn't. Just stop with the constant babble about Mexico paying for the wall to as there was no plan on the table back in 2006 for them to pay for it but the taxpayer for sure. Where was the outrage back then? Trump at least has a plan and I've also posted a link to that.

tRump? Now that's just plain juvenile!

That 654 miles of fencing cost 2.3 billion dollars to fix, and the maintenance costs will be substantial.

And how effective has it been? Totally ineffective. Border crossers simply cross where the fences aren't.

In other words, you're mad at Congress for not throwing billions more dollars at a "solution" that simply didn't work and will never work. But along comes this huckster real estate developer, using the oldest developer con in the world to sell a boondoggle project-- it won't cost us a thing, because we'll build it with other people's money. Your coveted wall would be as effective as the Maginot Line was for the French in WW2.

They approved it but didn't fund the original specs of the wall! I never said otherwise and they changed it from being a double wall to merely fencing passed by the Democrats later and those are the ones that have been breached! It's the double walls that have worked not the fencing! So they wasted the taxpayer's money. The double walls were only installed on a few miles of the border and I provided links on how well that type of wall has worked.

No, I'm upset that congress didn't build the types of walls that do work which is what was initially approved and why shouldn't I be as I said above what they did build was breachable. In actuality it won't cost us a thing because it the good walls will cost $25 billion to build vs the over $100 billion that illegals cost and will continue to rise with the breachable walls. Build the ones that work! That's what Trump is trying to do! There still is a backup plan to make Mexico pay for it (link provided) but I really don't care
as it's well needed and cost effective to the taxpayer.

Trump has been working on both. If he didn't get blocked by the Democrats at every turn and some sell out Republicans it would get done. What do you think he is a dictator like Obama?

Notice how the partisan hacks on this board do not fault the Republicans much at all when they had the power to fund the wall. The GOP had 2 solid years to get this going. It's all the Democrat's fault they say. This means that the wall is nothing more than a political bargaining chip.

And where is this “work” that Trump has been doing? We’ll wait here until you dig it up. Thanks.

Oh, yea. Trump also said Obamacare would be eliminated on his first day in office. Another Trump lie. His sheep don't care.

Dig it up yourself if you care to know. Do you actually think the GOP hasn't been working on a plan to replace Obamacare and legislation on other issues? This topic is about the border wall and he's already said he'll shut down the government without the funding for it but he's not working on it? WTH?

So...nothing. OK, thanks for that. Have a good weekend.

So you actually think they are working on such a plan? And they're keeping it top secret, despite concern about healthcare being the number one issue with the midterm voters, and probably cost them the House?

Oh, man, one cannot invent the level of blindness you display post after post after post. I'm amazed some of you cultists are capable of dressing yourselves in the morning.

The wall is dead, Oldglory. You and your Trump cohort are the only ones on the planet who are not smart enough to realize it.
