five counts of tax evasion, one count of making false statements to a financial institution............nothing to do with Trump..............the other 2 charges are bogus of "illegal" payments to 2 women that he pleaded guilty to get a lighter sentence for the 5 counts of tax evasion.
Trump doesn't do his taxes or is responsible for his personal taxes and whatever Cohen reported and not reported is not Trump's problem.

Spin this and handwave it away however you want, these are crimes, he is a convicted felon, and he has gone on record that he was acting at the direction of Individual-1. Having gone through the Nixon era, albeit as a child, this is not a nothingburger as some try to claim.

I guess it's gotta be pretty difficult to somehow spin Trump's personal attorney for the last 11 years being sentenced to 3 years in federal prison for multiple crimes.
