Right now, there are no investigations directly into Trump.

But he's strongly tied to at least 3 or 4 active investigations, and after the Russian spy Maria Butina pleaded guilty to conspiracy, apparently the info she gave may open up an entirely new avenue of investigation.

There's some indication that Iran may have also been involved in a separate effort to mess our 2016 election up. Iran has developed some close ties to Russia.

Very little has been disclosed about this, so the Iran connection may or may not be true or prove out.

Trump himself still has no charges at all on him, and there's no official word of any in the works, but he's obviously very worried, and thinks he'll catch a case, even though he claims no collusion.

Interestingly, collusion isn't always a criminal charge. Any group of businessmen can meet, talk about a common purpose, and come up with some plan that puts the purpose into action legally. The meetings are legal collusion.

But when a group gets together in collusion with the intent of influencing our elections illegally, that is a conspiracy, and it is a criminal charge.

So if Trump is ever impeached or tried, it will be for conspiracy. Conspiracy is actually a easier charge to prosecute, as nothing has to be proven that there was direct collusion to get a verdict. A person who lies at the center of a conspiracy can be found guilty on the chain of factual evidence alone.

Historically, Aaron Burr was tried and found guilty of just such an offense while he was the Vice President. So there is an old precedent there for the Supreme Court and Congress.

Am I missing any?

And remember, when the dems take over the House in 3 weeks, multiple investigations will begin immediately
The number of investigations into Trump-related issues, is but a small fraction of how many there could be, if the letter of the law was enforced. Trumps wounds are bleeding and the sharks are circling.

And now they’re arguing against reality trying to defend the Trump Crime Syndicate.

We already knew about the Russian agent Maria Butina, who's now cooperating with Fed investigators in another influence peddling scheme linked to the NRA and GOP.

Well, now there's another one into tRump's inaugural committee's handling of "contributions" according to the Wall St Journal.

As I've said often...

This just keeps getting better.

And it appears to be heading directly to Russia.

The most cruel thing of all he is still president and commander in chief. This would have made a great reality show. What's it going to take to extract this man out of our oval office?

Still can't get the Trump haters to start using the word "unrelated" to describe investigations, indictments and admissions of guilt that are, in fact, unrelated.
