Bull ****. It has been discovered that they are operating as a foreign agent and they have the evidence to prove it. Bill was also mingling his personal finances with foundation money making it impossible to figure out what was what. They broke every damn law that they were supposed to be abiding by right from the beginning and there is over 6,000 pages of evidence. They will be prosecuted for this eventually.
