Sounds like Congress is going to look into the matter, so perhaps we'll get some straight answers.

Fingers crossed.

You are the one who's disgusting. You are clearly trying to politicize the death of a 7 year-old migrant child.

The only fact not found in the article is had the CBP not found her group, she would have died and been buried in a shallow grave, way out in the desert, . Even a bus was an hour and a half from 'civilization'. How many hours do you think, hungry, thirsty folks on foot were from civilization?

Contrary to the liberal mantra, society is not under mandate to save fools from themselves. If that were the case, there would not be 70,000 drug overdose deaths per year in the U.S.

Nothing is further from the truth. Congress? Investigation? Truth? Fool.

"The careless evil parents user her as a pawn to make the glorious United States look like the bad guy", or the other side
"The evil United States let this poor child die due to their of racist hatred!!"

Either way an innocent 7 year old died who shouldn't have.

The bleeding heart liberals always use the poor kids and the poor suffering mothers as sympathy cards.

They should not have tried to come in illegally. The parents should have counted the cost when making the decision to come illegallly into america.

Could also be that the kid was sick already and weak already and this was the last straw that the child's body could handle.

You have to go to a legal port of entry, which I’m sure does not lead you to a remote area of the desert. The guy went with a group of people that illegally entered the country.

Come to think of it, when the USA was settled, a few centuries ago, and pioneers traveled from the east coast and middle America out west, they too suffered many of them and died.

For example, the famous Donner trek where in the 1800's trekked from Illinois to California, only to have a horrid experience. Many died. They were famous for turning to cannibalism for being stuck unexpectedly.

So it happens, when you travel like that, you too could die on the way, it happens.. not to sound heartless, but many American pioneers died too, when their pioneering got too hard. Some settled in Utah or the Dakotas, and they had a very harsh life, but they wanted to be pioneers o the American West, it was very hard, they had to build thier own cabins, plant their own food, had to do this on virgin ground which was covered in grass etc. Many died too. it is what happens.

this caravan traveled thousands of miles, on foot often, if they thought life was going to be a bowl of cherries, wrong! they walked in sandals, this was going to be a tough journey, more than they thought. of course many were going to die from the sheer harshness of the trip. Lugging your small children along, made it even harder.

dying is a natural possibility of this harsh of a trip.

Where they made the mistake - not settling in Mexico when it was offered to them. The kid could have been saved, but no, they had to force their way to america.

Probably when they were first taken into custody, the child was so weak that she was passed out and mistaken for just being asleep. And the first hours of the custody involved gathering the group and then transporting them by bus to the border patrol building to be processed.

And where was the mother in all of this mess? Maybe the father took his young child along in order to guarantee away into the US, and his wife was the primary caretaker and he just sucked as being a substitute caretaker for a young child.

So the parents did not either, for days....do you not fault them?

Your post count is going up because of this thread, but you are obviously not adding anything worthy to the conversation....SAD but expected, even from a trump hater such as you.
