2. When you are willing to lie about something, it makes you a security risk... you are now a possible subject of blackmail.
You don’t want any of this in a President from any party.
I take it that you rejected Hillary Clinton then for the same sort of thing? Can you imagine the blackmail potential of Bill Clinton and Anthony Weiner?
Who a President had sex in 1 "quickie" a decade before he was elected President is none of our business and is not against the law......a Presidential candidate making a Non Disclosure agreement with 2 adults out of his own money is none of our business either or a crime for activities that are not ILLEGAL. Is not stolen money. It's already tax earned money that he gave away in a None Disclosure Agreement with 2 parties that agreed to the agreement.....totally legal.
Clinton was another matter. He lied under oath about a case in court which he was the defendant and he told others to lie under oath and gave them federal government jobs for their silence and lies. That's not the same thing as Trump. Democrats defended Clinton but want to impeach Trump because he gave his own money to 2 women he allegedly had a quickie a decade ago and all parties agreed to a NDA.
If what Trump did was illegal then all the politicians in Washington that use taxpayers dollars to pay off accusers in NDA and didn't have to report it then broke the law. You can't have a double standard of the law.
It's difficult to imagine a man keeping his word in other important areas when he can't even keep the promise he made to his wife and to God. Some perhaps, but as we've seen with most, they cannot.
For the record, I didn't vote for either Bill Clinton nor Donald Trump.
When a man has sex with a porn star right after his wife gives birth to his child, pays her off so this information doesn't come out during the election and then pretends to be religious so he can win voters all while lying about said porn star, then there should be an issue. What else will he lie about? The party of "family values" is gone.
If a President lies to his or her spouse, and cheats on his or her spouse, then the President will lie to us and cheat us, too.

that is a stupid argument. So FDR couldn't be President or had to resign during WW 2 because he was having an affair and he wasn't truthful to Eleanor? How about JFK? How about LBJ ? How about Clinton?
a marriage is between 2 adults and whatever happens in that marriage should stay in the marriage unless a criminal law has been broken and if lying to the wife or husband is a criminal offense a lot of people would be in federal prison and with a criminal record.
a marriage is a complicated institution and has nothing to do how you do your job at work.
I know friends that lie to the wife to avoid WW 3 in the house. From buying something with their own money or helping out a family member or a friend that the wife doesn't get along or being someplace with his friends. Since we don't know all the details and is not of our business then it doesn't matter. maybe they have an open relationship, who knows and who cares?

Lying about who you sleep with isn't considered a problem for most people since often it's to protect others and nobodies business. It's just humans being humans. Now, if there some serious reason someone has to know who slept with who that's another story. In the cast of Trump and Clinton it really doesn't matter much, except for the gals saying Clinton raped them...that's another ball of wax.

What else? Seriously now, that's enough and for human reasons the only thing you need be concerned with. In fact you shouldn't even be concerned since A) it's a personal matter and B) he didn't sleep with/cheat on you. Don't try to pretend you haven't lied.
