Countries like China, South Korea and Japan don't have these problems.

Asian countries have strong family ties often based on the extended family, they also in terms of countries like China have a lot of state intervention. Whilst Confucian teachings emphasis the importance of family, as well as a strong work ethic.

There is homelessness, crime, and divorce in Japan. If you're going to discuss a crackpot theory, at least start with getting basic facts right.

I guess that all of the people who were rendered homeless by Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Michael this past fall will be happy to hear that they're living in tents and FEMA trailers by choice.

"Crime" is often what society considers it. In China it is a crime to organize religion.

It is a crime to write about many events in history.

I wonder if the OP considers it a choice to drink water with lead in it or be born addicted to opiates or booze?

Yeah, look at all those people who are now homeless thanks to the fire in Paradise, CA. The fools should have waited until after the holidays at least. OP should move to China and get one of those great factory jobs that pays a couple of bucks/hour and a bed in the company barracks. Maybe they'd even let him lean out a window once a week and take a nice deep breath of all that polluted air. Don't let the door hit you on your ass on the way out, OP.

They have their own problems, just like every country on the planet. They also have some policies you might not like very much.
