Still patiently waiting for someone ... anyone ... to explain why people responding to AOC’s tweets is *any* different than people responding to Trump’s tweets. Why are her social media habits afforded any special protection from criticism?
Nobody would even be talking about her or her week off of work had she not taken her whinging and requests for self-care tips public on social media. Let’s at least be honest about that much.
I do agree that her being so vocal on social media means people are bound to respond, but I don't feel like the response at the level that it was was warranted.

Of all the new Democrats, I wonder what it is about her in particular that incenses conservatives so much. She's not even in or contending for a particularly high position as national politics go.
She's female, and she gives as good as she gets, with no respect for authority. I note that it's the same folks who love Trump for his outspokenness and disregard for "PC" who are the most outraged by her. It's - interesting.
Trump has played more golf in his first 22 months as POTUS than Obama did in 8 years. You outraged about that, too?
Come now... he's earned his time off to play golf, what with working about an hour and a half each day and Twittering the other 6.5 hours of the workday, he's bound to be exhausted.

Young, female, and not white. Also, doesn't allow people to shut her up.
I predict she gets attacked regularly.
