I am laughing because what real estate developers do who are not in high office has absolutely no bearing on this discussion. Are you a member of Congress or the CIA while actively pursuing your real estate deals in Moscow or Iran or North Korea? Do you constantly lie to the American people about your real estate deals? And how could a building which hasn't even been constructed yet have "building code deficiencies"?
You are trying to argue that Trump is no different than a housing developer in Anytown, USA. Get real. There's no comparison between you and Trump and his shady business deals with the leaders of countries long inimical to the United States.
Actually, what real estate developers do who are in high office is exactly the same. There are numerous contractual escape clauses.
was Trump dealing with the private sector in Russia or directly with the Russian government?........there are 3,000 U.S. Companies in Russia right now. Are they breaking the law or colluding with the Russian government?
Seems to me that letter from CNN dated October 28, 2015. The non-binding document is also signed by Andrey Rozov, owner of I.C. Expert Investment Co., the Russian firm that would have been responsible for developing the property.
So what's the crime here?
There are almost 3,000 American companies in Russia, and the U.S. is also the leader in terms of foreign companies in Special Economic Zones, with 11 projects.

Is Mueller investigating all of those companies for "colluding" with the Russian government? This all Russia hysteria is a big joke and historians will look back and just laugh.
"Rudy Giuliani indicated Sunday that President Trump's former longtime attorney, MichaelCohen, mayhave pursued discussions about a possible Trump Tower Moscow development up to November 2016."
2nd, do you think Giuliani has his mental faculties intact ? I don't, and can easily picture him saying November 2016 instead of 2015.
According to CNN, Cohen pulled out of the negotiations in January 2016, three months after the letter of intent was signed.
Trump, practically everything he says is a lie. He lies, like others simply converse. Big difference.
yep. it's like trying to excuse someone doing 125mph in a school zone because the last 4 cars were doing 30.
