It is also being reported that Donald Trump did NOT consult with the Pentagon, nor the State Department.

The only reliable US ally in the fight, the Kurds, have called this a stab in the back.

Now it makes sense.

Indeed it does.

Oddly, on Tuesday that CNN guy produces a signed letter of intent regarding the Trump Tower in Moscow. Now, whom would have a copy of said letter of intent to leak? Trump and Putin.

So, on Tuesday the letter of intent is leaked to CNN, on Wednesday Trump obliges Putin by announcing a withdrawal from Syria.

Did Putin leak the letter of intent, as a warning to Trump that he had much more damaging items he could leak if he chose?

You can't just let cynicism defeat reason. The generals really do know more than Trump does.
Mattis, too, is a learned man not just a general. Take some time to consider the facts before dismissing his counsel.

I wonder how many of his generals were in favor of dropping leaflets warning the bad guys of when and where we intended to bomb? I wonder how many of the Generals were in favor of Obama swapping terrorists for a deserter? I doubt very few, and I doubt very many are big fans of Trumps. That said Not many were fans of Bill Clinton either.

Russia is on one side of the fight and we on the other. What is the difference between our bad guys and theirs? Let Russia squander their tax dollars on this mess.

So all you trump fans think ISIS and Iran are major problems in the world, but now they aren’t? They are there in Syria. Of course the Russians will benefit, but they are our good pals and only want the best for us.
