We are concerned with wasting billions of dollars on a wall when that money would be much better spent helping Americans afford healthcare or our crumbling infrastructure or any number of other things that impact Americans every day.
You just stated the case for The Wall. $18B a year spent on health care for illegals. Are they more important than Americans? Infrastructure is crumbling under the strain of millions of people who shouldn't be here.

I see nothing wrong with pointing out that there are much more important things to be spending our money on than a wall that virtually nobody outside a small minority of Americans want.

False. The $5 Bil wall is an expensive boondoggle. You can get the same or better border security with fences + technology + Border Patrol, which costs less.
