Democrats should refuse, it would be another photo opportunity for Donald Trump to showcase his ignorance!

Quote:
President Trump on Saturday called on Democrats to "come on over and make a deal" as the partial government shutdown enters its eighth day with no agreement in sight.

"I am in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come on over and make a deal on Border Security," Trump tweeted late Saturday morning.

"From what I hear, they are spending so much time on Presidential Harassment that they have little time left for things like stopping crime and our military!"

Trump is the master manipulator of Dem.
And he's so unpredictable, even I have repeatedly failed to predict him.

Being unpredictable is no way to run a country.

Did Mexico issue the check to build the wall. Perhaps, they should like the Saudi's did, book 500 hotel rooms in Trump resorts and all will be forgiven.

So you believe Democrats should not negotiate? Therefore willing to keep the gov't shut down for their all or none demands in their refusal to protect our borders.

Dems should negotiate but they need to do it now through Congress. Trump is just trying to deflect by calling them to the White House. It's useless and a waste of time to negotiate with him directly. He will backtrack on everything, just like he did last week.

The Congress needs to meet and hammer out a deal. It is up to the republican members of Congress to determine what sort of deal they think the nutbag will sign.

The House submitted a budget bill, and there is nothing for them to do right now. The had plans for Christmas break and there is absolutely no reason for them not to go.
