Everyone? Not really. The irony of it all is that the ones who have advanced the most in the economy are the liberal mega-cities. Rural America is about the same or worse off than it was and things are not getting better. A case in point. I have connections to Marinette County in NE Wisconsin. It's a rural county north of Green Bay. Over the past year the unemployment rate has gone up a full point even as the national rate has declined. Trump's tariffs are partially to blame. US manufacturing has been in recession for five months now. Jobs are still going to Mexico and, even more, to the US sunbelt cities. So, it's not "everyone" - far from it.
this is the bad thing when folks can google the specific place you cite.
Unemployment is generally still down in this county. It's also under 5%, which is basically "full employment". It's also under the rate of the 2002 - 2008 economic expansion.
