Personally, I believe Mr. Trump has succeeded in pulling off 1 of the greatest con jobs in US history; first by securing the nomination, & then by winning the highest office in the land.

& just as his Trump 'University', his so-called 'charitable' foundation, & his fraudulent business model (& so on ...) is being revealed to be simply the sales tactics of a charlatan, so will his run as POTUS.

Just as Mr. Trump was the pitch man, the face, the reason people signed up for his many & various fraudulent schemes which preyed upon the unwary, so too the major & underlying reason for his nomination of the GOP, & votes.

As a New Yorker, it's sad to see. The Donald Trump from the 70s & 80s viewed as a respectable businessman (granted he started on 3rd base) deteriorated into merely having the 'showmanship' of PT Barnum without having any of the goods.
This is so spot on.

Trump's a native New Yorker. So you should like him less. No?

I think if the liberals hated Obama, the Trumpers would have loved him.

Do most New Yorkers like or despise Trump?
Coming from Bloomberg, that's a compliment.

I am a NYer who attends Church every Sunday. NYC abounds with active worship communities. I do know atheists but I have actually met few AntiChristians actually. Only a small minded person would extrapolate the few people they may know to project to be representative of NYC, a very diverse, place.

Sort of like Trump said, "I am a Globalist and a Nationalist"

A Globalist when it comes to making money even if it is selling out my country.
A Nationalist when it comes to making money.
