Will Mueller be Furloughed?

The justice department is included in the government shutdown. Congress is still republican, so is the Senate. Is slowing down Mueller the idea behind the shutdown?

No. If that were the case, Trump would have shut down the government nearly two years ago and refused to reopen it. If there is a path to impede and obstruct, Trump will take it.

Trump is apparently tweeting this morning that he is upset that his acting attorney general, Matt Whitaker, has done nothing to stop the investigation against him for paying hush money to his mistresses.

This is unbelievable. The attempt to deliberately obstruct or impede a criminal investigation is obstruction of justice.

This man does not know what the "rule of law" is. His administration is "rule by Trump" and democracy be damned.

People who stand by this man after this behavior are not real Americans.

Never thought about that but I hope so.

I've never met a government shut down I didn't like including this one and if it slows down Mueller, even better.
