Give the agents authority to shoot to kill anyone illegally crossing the border and then I will give up my wall talk.

its not like the wall going cover the whole border, they some area that is just wont be possible. some areas that still be fence. five billion wont do the whole job, but whatever we get, especially in the high traffic area, better than nothing. I be happy with a double row fence, just anything.

its kinda like roaches, do you keep throwing food down and let them come in and run over the place or do you try to slow them down and stop them.

When even the Sierra Club comes out and advocates for open ended immigration, you know that everyone and everything has been inundated with illegal immigration.

We need to limit immigration to only skilled and educated people. We do not need people with 5th grade educations pouring in, no matter what Jennifer Lawrence says. She's just angry she might have to pay her toilet cleaner a living wage.

If you have a big problem with this then don't be a hypocrite by driving on an interstate highway.

Most of you are just trying to find a reason.

Myself I would prefer mandatory e-verify for all employers, landlords, public services, banking and schools. Make life impossible. Back up that mandatory e-verify with some serious penalties. Go after illegals and make the penalties severe. Remove what draws the illegal. Like any other infestation. Remove what draws the problem.
I agree. This is what needs to happen and will stop all illegals, not just those coming in from south of the border.

A wall is a waste of money and only marginally effective IMO.

And how do you propose to stop people from simply walking through 6 inches of water? I can count how many videos I have seen through multiple Democrat and Republican adminstrations.

You think waving E-verify at the aravans would make them trun back? If people were not so politicized, they would agree on both. Build the wall to manage and slow the flow where needed AND have E-verify. But no, it's either or.

I am sure we have a version of it already. People are constantly asking for new laws where they already exist.

Its amazing how many liberals want to welcome masses with 5th grade educations, yet complain about the environment. I'm a person, who actually cares for the environment. As such, I want all unskilled immigration halted, I want all roads in National Parks eliminated and wilderness areas expanded.

How can an organization such as the Sierra Club claim to respect and fight for the environment, yet then take the stance that anyone has a right to come to America?

They tried that in Hazelton, PA. The city was taken to court and lost. I bet even the e-verify will be overturned if challenged.
