Time to invoke the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution.

Where are all the strict constitutionalist now?

"The Twenty-fifth Amendment (Amendment XXV) to the United States Constitution says that if the President becomes unable to do their job, the Vice President becomes the President."

The only problem with that is it finally gives Pence what he wants, and that is to enact the corporatist, establishment agenda with more job-killing free trade like TPP, Illegal Amnesty, and more foreign wars.

No thanks.

Don’t worry .... we’re all here supporting and defending a constitutionally elected president against a very unconstitutional gang of criminals (and the mindless zombies that embrace them) STILL attempting to overturn an election result that didn’t go their way TWO YEARS AGO.

Of course, anyone who doesn’t throw up in their mouths at the prospect of Pelosi (amouth breathing moron) and Schumer (a dangerous egomaniacal domestic enemy) controlling the country are irretrievably lost, and incapable of rational thinking.

Time to Invoke the 25th Amendment

The patriot in me says the nation deserves better than a treasonous ... and yet a pigheaded incompetent ... crook in the Oval Office. Such a person has no business in the white house and should be removed immediately.

The partisan in me says that Individual 1 should remain in the white house a while longer, in the expectation that he will ravage and wreck the Republican party for a generation, possibly more.

Short term good vs long term good.

I am conflicted

Lol.....

And what, pray tell, has Trump done to justify invoking the 25th?

How exactly is Trump "unable to do his job"?

Oh, and do try to stick to things that you have actual proof of.

People could remove this govt from power....if they wanted to, problem is, people are not willing to stand up and follow thru, too concerned with the risks.

What a ridiculous post. He has shown he is quite able to do the job, he's just not doing it the way you and your leftist friends want him to

The states could, if you can get 38 states to agree bye bye Congress, the President, Supreme court or anything else you feel like removing. Not going to happen though.

Trump has proven that he is not good for the country and anyway, his actions set a poor example for our youth. You do not cheat and lie, you do not call people names and ridicule them. You learn some human decency and kindness.

However, if he is removed from office, what would be Pence's agenda? Will he get health care for all? Will he keep our borders safe--hopefully with some more sophisticated means than just a wall. Is he going to push his religion on us despite separation of church and state? What does Pence want to do? If it's in the negative, then we'd be better off staggering along with Trump's idiocy.
