Trump has a weak hand. And he knows he has a weak hand. Nobody gives a rat's rear about his wall outside the maybe 30% of voters who are hardcore Trumpies.
Exactly! I think he just wants a wall so he can have his name on it in gold letters.
Meanwhile all the Dems ditched town, Trump stays at the White House over Christmas and visits troops overseas. Pelosi retreats to a Hawaii resort and Maxine vacations in Bahamas. This is a primary issue Trump ran and won on, he should stick to it. Immigration is consistently viewed as a top two issue with the voters and a barrier at our border is common sense.
You mean the man who led his surviving crew in a lifeboat over 3600 miles to safety? It was one of the greatest lifesaving voyages of all time.
I agree. Trump has the stuff to make a journey of that sort. Obama did not succeed in his effort to destroy America and run her aground. But he did try.
You don't really know much, do you?
Cadet Bone spurs wouldn't have made a single night on Bligh's lifeboat.
This is a primary issue Trump ran and won on, he should stick to it.
No, it's not what Trump ran on. He ran on Mexico paying for the wall. He should stick to Mexico paying for the wall instead of trying to fleece the US Taxpayers.
Dems are right to hold to the $1.6 bil that all parties agreed to. The only reason Trump reneged on the deal was due to pressure from Rush Limbaugh and the Freedom Caucus. Hey, I'm sorry but Rush Limbaugh does not have a seat at the negotiating table. What a terrible precedent it would be if government policy is influenced directly by some AM radio talk show host.
