Did Obama? That is what he campaigned on, yes, all Americans will be insured? Yes or No?

Obama apparently didn't fully take into account in advance, the deliberate, malicious and criminal obstruction of everything he tried to do, by the Republican Congress. The most respected and well-liked president in our history, would have strengthened our standing as a world leader, if there had been a democratic majority in congress, for his full eight years.

During that time, all the damage done by republican administrations of the past 40 years, would have been repaired, if the opposition party hadn't sabotaged the works, entirely to serve their own partisan interests. And we would have a workable, single-payer healthcare system, that was of benefit to everyone, regardless of social or political affiliations.

The majority of those who vote republican, have no clue about what is good for the country or for themselves, as individuals. Somehow, they were conned into thinking that their interests were the same as those of the super-rich, who in fact are the enemies of everyone else. Without the periodic return of democrats to save those misguided fools from themselves, our nation would have fallen long ago.

But things are finally looking hopeful, as the end to the right-wing destruction is sweeping over us right now. After Jan. 3rd, when the Democrats take over the House, the Republican house of cards will collapse faster than we could have imagined, just one year ago.

Keep in mind that this is probably based on, oh, maybe two hours (120 minutes) a day of public speaking.

One statement by Obama made with good intent, which did not come to fruition through no fault of his own, versus the continuous blatant lies of Trump day after day. When it comes to truthful presidents, I see you are banking on your guy, Good Luck Chuck. You will need it.

YES for damn sakes, lets hold them both to the same standard, which it appears, you are not.

We should not be worrying about this...obama campaigned on covering all...period.....

Why will people such as you not post a link? You don't want to be quoted? Or are you afraid?

Two wrongs don't make a right. So Obama failed to get healthcare for all, and you dub him Liar of the Year. We can't go back and change things at this point, so it's moot in that sense. It happened.

Yet Trump promised better healthcare for cheaper for all and hasn't delivered even a basic outline of how he will help make that happen....and you give him a pass and keep talking about Obama. None of the healthcare programs that Trump has offered are cheaper, better, and cover all.

It's either both failed/are failing, or Obama wasn't as horrid as you say, if it's not so bad for Trump to say pretty much the same exact things and not deliver.

Which is it?
