Please think about this bolded sentence of yours for one moment.

I’m going to ask you a question now:

If it was possible to drive a pickup truck to the border to deliver a 30 foot ladder, why in Sam Hill do tens of thousands of people walk to the border every year?

Please think on this for a little bit.
Because most of them are poor and don’t own cars. Duh.

But the same way some enterprising individuals build tunnels some will own trucks and will make money driving ladders and supplies to various points along the wall.

No ... it's not due to lack of money or cars. It's because it's virtually impossible to drive a vehicle through the Chihuahua desert. Once you head any direction north of about Torreon you quickly enter No Man's Land. The arroyos, mesas, washes, etc. prevents vehicles from making it to the border. Don't take my word for it - actually research it. You'll quickly see that this is the truth.

And while people can drop off equipment along the wall all day long, it will only be confiscated by BP soon thereafter.

tRump picks a medieval wall. It's something Trumplings can understand.

The Border Patrol wants technology. Understanding technology ins't as straightforward.

So, the GOP says "wall."

Pelosi says "tech."

Absolute nonsense.

Trump's asking for one tenth of one percent of the total budget.

We can do anything we want if we put our minds to it.

Will it cost more than that?

Sure probably....

But every endeavor has to start someplace.

The silver lining in this is that the tunnels have been discovered, it shows what needs to be done to prevent that from happening yet again. In other the weak spots have been exposed.

As for the 30 unaccompanied children who were caught --- Where are their POS parents? What decent parent would allow a child to go through all of that? I wonder if those kids were being trafficked and the coyote who trafficked them certainly would not speak up and admit to having done so.

It's where it is because of the budget crunch Pubs created.

Has Trump said that 5.7 will build the entire wall?

I don't know....not that I've ever heard.

Irrelevant though..... because it's a start.

And it's certainly better than the whining and doing nothing that the Left is proposing.

Have you acknowledged that Obama's claims about the ACA were a lie?

but. It slowed them down enough that they were seen and apprehended.

I thought you were 100 percent against any DACA concessions.
