If they want to fund a land owner’s private wall project, more power to them.

Like others here, I will be interested to see how the accounting shakes out.

Kolfage would hardly be the first person to start a nonprofit in order to provide himself with a good job and a nice car. But if the donors pay attention, it doesn’t have to be a rip-off.

Interesting to see the left statists so suddenly concerned about fiscal responsibility over a project they have absolutely no interest in contributing to

Here's a good article explaining why Kolfage's wall plans are popular with Republicans.

Build the first 1/2 mile on the spot where the most illegals get through, and build two fences with a sensor zone in between. Once that is under construction and people see that it is legit, launch another GoFundMe to fund another fence in another trouble spot.

A private project working with private land owners isn't a federal project. It may assist a desired federal outcome but that isn't illegal.

Thats is a good idea. When people see its working and the border patrol support it and say its effective more people will donate.

Hungary's border fence looks a cost effective low cost solution. Check out the photo.

A fence (or wall) built on someone's privately-owned land is up to the homeowner's design (assuming there isn't a HOA involved or any other party that has a legal interest). Maintenance of a private wall on private land is the property owner's burden to bear. I doubt there is or will be any of the $20MM allocated for maintenance.
