Mods, she has not announced her candidacy so while I would love to see her run, this is not an election post.

"The thing that should make everyone feel sick is that people would rather support, directly and indirectly, al-Qaeda, than actually give up their regime change goals," Gabbard added.

She takes a side and is willing to condemn or give credit to anyone regardless of party that supports her position. She condemned Obama's war mongering.....one of the few. The funny thing here is she is applauding what Trump did but he isn't even able to step up and take credit for doing it for some odd reason.

Honest? Maybe. Consistent on non-interventionism abroad, and an interventionist at home. Big guv for sure.

She could be able to reach across the isles and make things happen. Ironically if she did win in 2020, she'd probably have to send the troops back to Syria/Iraq, even thought she opposes them being there today, but what can you do.

Because arguing this absolves Finn Jarber from supporting Obama from intervening in Libya and Syria, bombing twice as many countries as Bush, and not having troops removed from Iraq and Afghanistan after 8 years.

So long as Trump doesn't start any new wars he must only keep Obama's.

If ISIS re-groups and becomes a threat and/or its US, she would have to deal with it, or ignore it, and I doubt she would ignore it. Isn't this common sense? She would probably get both parties behind her if she decided to go in.

Only to a hack like you it is all about presidents.

Did you oppose US helping Iraq destroy ISIS when they had advanced to Fallujah and were conducting and/or inspiring terror around the world? Yes, or no?

If we quit funding them, which is what this thread is about in part, they can't "regroup".
