Exactly, she abused power then and she does it again. You wonder why politics in America have been so divided after Bush presidency, you have Pelosi and Reid to thank for.
People were not getting paid. Nancy refused to negotiate while Trump was trying. Trump did what he had to do so people would get their paychecks.
