Exactly! He may indeed be incarcerated in some fashion, but he will never spend a day in "real" prison. Honestly, the man doesn't look like he's got a whole lot of time left.

I agree. Unless he drops dead almost immediately upon arriving he won't die there. I say he get's somewhere from 3 to 18 months.

If not a hospital, a prison for the aged.
There are several now; there are a lot of very old prisoners in the system who require more care than the younger ones.

I don't think it will be a long sentence- a year or two at most. But he's so egregious I'm pretty sure he will serve time.

I am also kind of suspicious of exactly what type of evidence would be there against him after all this time. I hope the jurors felt pressured into convicting just because of this #MeToo stuff.
