Thats not true of either , the RNC and DNC both pretty much exist to raise money,hire lawyers, set up primaries.

Just like you vote for a Republican and Republican party. Libertarian and Libertarian party.

They are one and the same and they ARE a political organization. How can they not be? Same with the RNC.
