Why do GOPers use "DNC" when they mean the Democratic Party?

Everything the party does is ran through the national committee first. Just as everything the Republican Party does is run through the RNC first.

They are interchangeable.

Thats not true of either , the RNC and DNC both pretty much exist to raise money,hire lawyers, set up primaries.

They are one and the same and they ARE a political organization. How can they not be? Same with the RNC.
