I like that they are trying this as an experiment...we should see if it's a good idea based on how it goes. To be honest, I'm quite skeptical that they can pull this off but hey, nice of them to try.

Shouldn't Bill de Blasio concentrate on getting the subway system working properly before he starts making other rash promises.
