Mitch McConnell has refused to bring any legislation Trump does not support to the Senate floor. I'd like to know just HOW he's allowing Congress to serve its function of providing checks & balances in government by doing so? IF there are likely enough votes in the House and Senate to both pass a Bill and override a presidential veto, I believe he owes it to members of Congress to allow them follow the desires of the people they represent without regard to what Trump does/does not support. Time to remove this obstructionist from Senate leadership.

The US Constitution gives both chambers the power to set its own rules. For those who don't like that, your quarrel is with the Constitution, not Mitch McConnell. The solution for the Democratic Party is to win some more senate seats. It would help if Dem. senators would refrain from tarring and feathering a SCOTUS nominee over accusations made with zero evidence.

The People of Kentucky didn't Elect Mitch to be a servant of Trump they should vote out this corrupt criminal in 2020. Hes the poster boy for Term limits.
I remember a KY coal miner at one of Bernie's post election town halls who said he never thought some liberal for Vermont would do more for him than his own KY Senator. It was when they were voting on some kind of black lung benefits or something. . .
Mitch McConnel doesn't give one crap about the people in KY. I think many of them - once they get up that high - totally forget about their home state and that occurs on both sides of the aisle.
Mitch and President Trump became pals during the Kavanaugh confirmation process, so the Dems can take credit for that new bond. The Dems lost a lot of future votes from moderates and Independents during that stunt too.
Tonight, President Trump will point out that Dem leaders spoke out for and voted for funding for a barrier in years past, and that will be more egg on Dems faces.
The Dems keep losing credibility w/ all their hatefulness and mean-spirited politicking that doesn't put America first.
If Nancy can't get Cortez to pipe down on the radical Socialist rants, your pain will continue.
