In this I agree. No one has an obligation to be an "Ally". They have an obligation to treat everyone fairly and respectfully.
Agreed. I like Don Lemon but I dont think Kevin Hart needs to be ally to anyone. Just treat everyone with respect and keep it moving. btw, I dont like Kevin Hart's schtick (sooooo one note) and I'm happy that he wont ruin the Oscars for me. Its my superbowl of the year.

Yes the only thing holding the leftist coalition of such disparate groups together is hatred of American, Western, and Christian values. Most of the illegal aliens and Muslims are rabidly anti-gay. Illegals and working class blacks are natural competitors as illegals drive down wages. Fault lines are appearing between the mostly liberal American Jews and the anti-Israel movement that's increasingly prevalent on the left.

We're to treat people equally and fairly, but we're not obligated to put our voice and support into a movement or cause.

This all comes down to what you define "ally" and "support as .
I think some want to argue it means going to gay pride and drag shows. I however doubt thats what Don Lemon means here, especially in the context of Kevin Hart.
Hart at points in his life not to long ago was just fine with putting forth a lot of homophobia. I think All Lemon is arguing id for him to admit he was wrong and apologize.
