When I was a kid a jealous younger cousin who was a year younger would always claim that NEXT year, he'd be the same age as me.

These, "This time we've got him!" threads are no different!

The Democrats now control the House of Representatives. The Republicans control the Senate . Under the Constitution the House of Representatives is in charge of impeaching Federal officials.

Many Democrats also believe that Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh should be impeached and removed. Ditto Acting Attorney General Whittaker.

In stark contrast, Democrats are talking impeachment. I suspect that once they’ve thought the matter through, that’s all it will ever be — talk. If not, many of Justice Kavanaugh supporters would welcome the opportunity to get some basic questions answered.

I certainly hope the Democrats keep making noise and the media keeps digging into Fords story.
Perhaps the Democrats should consider assigning to committees the job of drafting articles of impeachment, where appropriate, and flooding the Senate with the duty to conduct trials. This would be a constructive and creative way to generate ferment.
