Mr. Trump should have done the same. For example, Mr. Trump might say,
"Okay, I see we're at an impasse. [Keeping his cool.] Now, how do we resolve this?" And when given an answer that he did not like, he should have said, "Well, I disagree, but maybe we can meet in the middle." That would have been the proper response. But no, he just walked out.
That's a tactic for used-car salesmen, not for the President of the United States. That's childish; that's not right. That's not how you negotiate at his level.
Umm that's what he did at the start of the meeting. But Nancy made it clear that there will be no resolution with a big fat NO. She was not even willing to talk about a solution so what else could he do but walk out? Their only resolution is for Trump to give up the only leverage he has right now and give him nothing in return.
Really funny. Some GOP Senators trying their best to get an agreement. Reminds me of the last time when the Senate was willing to give Trump 25 million for the wall and immigration. Trump refused.
Trump does not want to reopen Govt. he wants to keep it closed. It's a talking point off the liar in chief.
Momma Pelosi said no candy for baby Trump and he walked out of the room. Daddy Shumur gave momma a high five for not caving into junior pouting.
Commisar Pelousy probably spent the entire meeting sucking on a lemon drop with her dentures and wondering where President Bush was since she still thinks he is in office..
And as for Suck shumer,,he probably had a lot of time looking at the carpet patterns on the floor wondering if it would look good in his living room..
As usual the media (ABC, NBC, CNN, etc) only showed Schumer and Pelosi giving a statement after the meeting. VP Pence spoke (but not completely shown) and said Trump offered to open the government to Pelosi and asked if she would then vote for the Wall. She emphatically answered, "NO," at which point Trump left the room, no raising his voice nor pounding on the table.
I have learned to rely on several sources when reading the news (which I do online) and only things that interest me. I don't spend much time on politics as it is a waste of time to watch America being destroyed.

Individual 1 is a respectful name, unlike the names I-1 fans have for the Obamas. It shouldn’t bother you. I’m glad it does, though.
Lets see...Just off the top of my head: Obummer, Obozo, Obarfo, Ovomit, Commie, Marxist, savior, Barack Hussein Obama, Bath House Barry, etc., etc. etc. And for Michelle: Mooch, Moochelle, etc. Now Trump (AKA Individual 1, Agent Orange, Trumpty Dumpty, Little Mushroom Man, Cheeto, Cheez Doodle, Liar In Chief, etc.) gets the same treatment and the Trumpies have their little panties all in a bunch. Such fragile little snowflakes.

She made it clear that no she will not fund the wall. Again, this is not a dictatorship. This is something that needs to go through the proper process, if it passes so be it. It's insane he is holding hostage the government to get his way. You cannot blame this on the Democratic party for not giving into his demands.
