The CEO of a Phoenix, Arizona, health facility has resigned amid a police investigation into the rape and subsequent pregnancy of a female patient who has been a vegetative state for more than a decade. Bill Timmons “terminated his employment” with the Hacienda Healthcare center earlier this week, the facility said in a statement to Huffington Post. According to KPHO-TV, which broke the story, the unidentified 29-year-old patient had been raped several times, and the staff had no idea she was pregnant until she went into labor and gave birth to a healthy baby boy on December 29th.
Huh?? Only if someone provides false DNA. DNA of mother, baby and potential males will determine the father with virtually 100% certainty - if that male is still an employee.
people have been falsely accused using DNA. Just because someone works there doesn't mean they should be legally forced to provide DNA.
This is a dangerous precident.
Doesn't this poor woman have family? Don't they visit at all?? You'd thing they would be noticing her stomach is somehow growing
There have been totally functioning conscious women who did not know they were pregnant until they went into labor so it is not unbelievable that no one noticed much difference in her appearance and bodily functions.
